As we celebrate with mothers, remember how you were treated as a child. Leaders should express similar compassion, understanding and mentorship.
Use today as an example to refresh your views on how to lead others. Your mother motivated you to do your chores, with or without the threat of allowance. She tried to help you with homework. She was there to support at many sports events.
Have the same patience with your people. Support them and teach them. They’ll appreciate the assistance and value the insight.
